All my transactions can be handled electronically, inclusive of e-signature on the Pre-inspection Agreement.  E- signatures are simple to do and can be done within the comforts of your own home.

Pre-Inspection Agreement

Once we have verbally arranged for a home inspection you will receive a Pre-inspection Agreement via e-mail that will require your e-signature to confirm the appointment. A very simple process. 

And for the Real Estate Professional who refers Stellar Home Inspections to your client   I include a "Hold Harmless" clause  that protects you from any liability .
